For those who simply want a fantastic football video game, then there’s no question that FIFA 10, with more settings, additional clubs plus more tournaments, offers a more well-rounded package. If you already have last year’s game, then around the normal factors that decide whether you must buy a game or not – graphics, game play, features – World Cup 2010 doesn’t make a lot of common sense. On the other hand, this goes beyond mere commonsense, because it is as much a celebration as a game. World Cup 2010 is, undoubtedly, a fantastic football game, but more importantly it does an admirable job of capturing the spirit of the real event. Once the cup commences, you won’t want to be without it.
